We originate from the south of the Netherlands, more specifically the Province of Limburg. This region, similar to Bordogne in France, offers a good quality of life. Over time we appreciated that we had a little of the French spirit in our blood. As a result we had a desire to relocate to the Dordogne, one of the most beautiful regions of France.We searched and found what we were looking for in the beautiful town of Bergerac, namely a restaurant which met our objectives and high standards. And you might ask what our primary desire is?To enjoy a restaurant with a rustic ambiance which offered an exquisite choice of gastronomic delights.Well that is our passion: to create a truly delicious and splendid cuisine with just a hint of our Limburg heritage.
